RETURN POLICY

Speedometer Official® focus on the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your purchasing. Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty do not cover misuse of our products and all defects that can not be attributed to the manufacturing process of our product.

Conditions

If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Speedometer Official, you can return your item(s) as follows:

• Items purchased online (speedometerofficial.it, speedometerofficial.com, tachimetroufficiale.it, tachimetroufficiale.com) can be returned online or at Speedometer Official retail stores within 14 days from delivery date.
• Items purchased in a Speedometer Official retail store must be returned in-store within 14 days of purchase.
• Items purchased online using PayPal must be returned online within 14 days from delivery date.

Requirements for return

Mandatory requirements for returning your purchasing are:

• You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return
• Items must be unused and unwashed

Return costs

Speedometer Official will cover all return costs that will be included in the following cases:

• You received a defective product
• You received the wrong product

About all cases not reported in the above list, the purchaser (you) must arrange the shipment and cover all return costs.

Refund policy

Full refund/exchange will be provided by request to customers returning defective products.

Partial refund will be provided by request on all orders Speedometer Official performed on our website when return reason is no connected defective products. Speedometer Official will retain Shipping and Handling cost for 20€ or above.

How to return

To start return procedure the customer has to use our contact form and attach to the message your order number and email address from where the order was issued. We will reply you with the proper shipping address for your return.

Please keep the tracking number of your shipment for your records and as a proof of shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer is entitled to exercise his right to any purchase made remotely. All sales made at a distance are to be considered subject to the Legislative Decree no. 206/05, which provides the opportunity for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days of receipt of goods.

This right is the right to return purchased goods to the seller and the resulting refund on the purchase price. The customer shall have no right of withdrawal in the event that the product has been tailor-made or customized.

The return of the product announced by exercising the right of withdrawal result in the refund of the amount of product purchased except for postage and bank / administrative burdens except in the case where the withdrawal does not depend on the presence of a defect in the product purchased. The product return costs are borne by the customer. The good of which the refund is requested must be new, undamaged, unused, with the packaging.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To communicate its intention to exercise the right of withdrawal must be written to info@speedometerofficial.com

Upon receipt of the request for withdrawal, the customer will be contacted and will be informed about the instructions for the management of the return. 

Returns In-Store

The Speedometer Official® retail stores will accept returns or exchanges of unused and unwashed merchandise that was originally purchased on the same store within 14 days of the original date of purchase. Your original receipt or packing slip from Speedometer Official® must accompany the return or exchange for a full refund, credit or exchange.

Returns are credited to the original form of payment. If the original purchase was made by credit card, we will refund the purchase to the same credit card used at the time of the purchase if the card and authorized cardholder are present. If the original card and authorized cardholder are not present, we will issue a store credit. Returns without the original receipt or with an even exchange receipt will receive a merchandise exchange at the lowest selling price of the item(s), but only with store management approval. Items purchased using PayPal can not be returned in-store.

Limitations

As a limitation to the present return policy Speedometer Official will provide a limited number of 7 returns per year per each customer.

Exclusions

Items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy

Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations
